In order to attract what you want you must believe it.Visualization is the next step.It is important to understand how the mind operates. There are 2 parts.The conscious mind-That is where all of our thoughts & reasoning takes place.The subconscious mind- Thoughts that you permit to remain in your conscious mind.The conscious mind communicates your thoughts feelings and beliefs to your subconscious mind. This is important-The subconscious mind does not know the difference between real or imagined conditions.
A thought becomes a belief
Understand in simple a thought that is thought over & over becomes a belief. Concentrate and feel it as if it is already here!Think and feel great thoughts not negative.Example: If you concentrate on lack. I can't pay my bills. You are inviting more poverty into your life. Turn it around and say I pay my bills monthly with ease!
Control Your Thoughts
Control your thoughtsUse a rubber band or pony tail maker and every time you're thought is not of a positive nature. Snap the rubber band and it will teach you to control your thoughts.I use the word CANCELL, Every time I have a thought that is negative I repeat Cancel! Cancel!Work on controlling your thoughtsIn simple think about what you do want. Not what you don't want
Energy
Quantum physics tells us the universe and ourselves are energy. Our energy will vibrate into the universe. Begin to believe that you can have what you want. Work at controling your thoughts.
You are what you think!

Vision Board
A vision board is a great way to manifest what you want in your life.
What house you want to live in? What car would you like to drive? What do you want? What places would you like to visit? I also placed a check filled out for the amount I would like to be making monthly.
You can use anything you like. I used a large poster board and then print or draw anything that your heart desires!
Put this in a place that you will see It all the time. When you look at it feel what it would all be like. Very powerful! And It's so much fun!
